www.likeitis.org - this website tells you like it is about sex and gives you the info you really want to know. It has info on teenage pregnancy, STIs, contraception, sex and where to go for advice. The website is aimed at teenagers – click on the UK flag to access the British website.

www.ruthinking.co.uk – a website for young people on sex advice, facts and answers you may be looking for. There's an A-Z of sex, an Emergency Help section and find out where your nearest STI clinic and what's around in your local area.

www.childline.org.uk - ChildLine is the free helpline for children and young people in the UK. Children and young people can call on 0800 1111 to talk about any problem – their counsellors are always there to help you sort it out. There are also very good factsheets you can download and print out.

www.penarthyouthproject.org.uk – The Project works with 11-25 year olds. It has lots of info on different headings at the INFO SHOP, Penarth, such as education, health, family and relationships and law and rights. The Project can arrange an interview with Careers Wales, arrange for you to see Llamau (housing and homelessness project in the Vale), and Inroads (Vale drugs project). There are ten computers for you to use and access the Internet. The Youth Project can also arrange free counselling for young people.
